STANDARD DELIVERY

The standard delivery includes one-way trip to your location. We provide
complimentary installation service for purchases with racks only, else we
will only deliver with no installation. The complimentary installation service:

• Cannot be separated from the delivery.
• Is not applicable for purchases of loose accessories only or DIY
  products. Additional labor charge will apply.
•  Is not to be abused as free labor to relocate/remove existing
  inventories or storage equipment. Additional labor charge will
  apply.

In the event of missed delivery, re-delivery, or last minute cancellation,
surcharges will apply. Standard delivery is not applicable for Lantau Island,
Tung Chung, HKIA and air/sea vessels.

FREE DELIVERY

We provide free standard delivery with purchase of HK$5000 and above.

DELIVERY TERMS

The estimated delivery lead time is reflected in each product page.
Generally, our Light Duty Boltless Racks take 3 – 10 working days to deliver
while the Medium and Heavy Duty Pallet Racks take 3 – 4 weeks to
manufacture and deliver.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

After placing your online order, our delivery team will contact you, via email
or phone, within 3 working days to arrange a delivery date and time. Your
presence is required at the given delivery address on the day of delivery, to
receive the order.

You are responsible for ensuring sufficient accessibility to the installation
location; for example sufficient stairs or lift space. In the event that:

• Our racks cannot fit your lift and you want us to carry them to your
  unit by stairs, you incur an additional labor charge of $500 per
  floor/level and per rack, for no more than 3 floors/levels.
•  We are unable to maneuver our racks into the installation location
  due to narrow walkway or corridor, and/or you request a change in
  size or a cancellation of order, the standard delivery charge will be
  incurred.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

We are happy to assist you with overseas partnership or purchase, please
kindly contact us. Our sales team will understand your storage needs to
provide the ideal rack solution and export route for you.

• For loose items or small orders, we are able check for quotes with
  our courier partners.
• For palletized goods, it is strongly recommended that you engage
  your own forwarding agent to collect from us.
• For 20ft or 40ft container load, you can choose to engage your own
  forwarding agent or we can arrange the shipment via our partners.
